Non-Lolita items: We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of custom manufactured , made-to-order, and special order items nancy thomas items and most rugs & pillows ( 1 - 2 wks.) Rush orders can often be accomodated, please e-mail us with your requested item and time frame. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Unless a longer lead time is indicated, we will notify you if any item cannot be shipped with-in 30 days, and you will be given the opportunity to cancel your order. HOLIDAY GIFT ORDERS
Holiday gift orders to ship to another address or send a gift, please fill out the shipping information with the receipents name and address and complete the box "gift message" on the online order form. many of our items can be gift wrapped for an additional charge of $5 per order. Items such as rugs, floor mats, and flags cannot be gift wrapped but a gift message will be sent. We offer shipping and handling specials all the time, below are our standard list rate. Please note that these are UPS rates. USPS rates are the same up to $30. over $30 USPSrates are $8 and packages over 8 pounds will not be shipped USPS unless they are going to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO address. Please note that the tile murals and any order over fifteen pounds including those going via usps going to alaska, hawaii, or apo addresses will be surcharged $25. For orders totaling:
